Initial Clean-up
The newly designated District Jail Warden JSINSP ROQUE CONSTANTINO A SISON III ordered the initial clean-up of the jail surroundings. This is in preparation for his plans and programs for the eventual transformation and development of the jail.
Also, cleaning and clearing the entire jail is necessary to eradicate all existing security barriers to ultimately preempt any untoward incident.

Intial Inspection in All Cells
After meeting with the cell leaders and assistant leaders, the newly designated District Jail Warden JSINSP ROQUE CONSTANTINO A SISON inspected all the cells to make sure that everything is in order and to eventually assess what needs to be done.
